TERMS OF SALE
- MINIMUM ORDER
100 pieces, assorted or not.
Smaller orders may only be sent by courier or with ex-works sales conditions and advance payment.
- SAMPLES
A free sample. Shipping via courier with payment at the recipient’s expense.
- TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery conditions:
FOB (free on board) for FCL (full container load).
FCA (free carrier) for LCL (less than container load).
Ports of shipment:
BY SEA: Port of Rio de Janeiro (RJ) for FCL or dry port of Belo Horizonte (MG) for LCL.
BY AIR: Tancredo Neves International Airport (CFN) – Belo Horizonte (MG).
- PAYMENT TERMS
For LCL by sea: 30% in advance/ 70% C.A.D (cash against documents).
For LCL by air: 50% in advance/ 50% upon receipt of goods.
For FCL: L/C (letter of credit) at sight, irrevocable and confirmed, or 50% in advance/ 50% C.A.D.
- DELIVERY TIME
The lead time for a 20′ container (with a capacity of 700 to 1,000 pieces, depending on the items ordered) is approximately four months from confirmation of L/C or advance payment.
The lead time for trial orders (MOQ 100 pieces) varies from one to two months (depending on the items ordered) from down payment and order confirmation.
- TRANSPORT
All items are individually packaged and securely stacked on pallets. Custom packaging is available upon request.
The weight of 100 items usually does not exceed a ton, and the volume does not exceed 2 cubic meters.
