GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
- MINIMUM ORDER (MOQ)
100 pieces, either assorted or not.
Smaller orders will be shipped only via courier or with ex-works delivery condition and advanced payment.
- SAMPLES
One sample free of charge. Freight via courier paid collect through return label.
- DELIVERY
Conditions of delivery:
FOB (free on board) for FCL (full container load).
FCA (free carrier) for LCL (less than container load).
Ports of loading:
BY SEA: port of Rio de Janeiro (RJ) for FCL or dry port Belo Horizonte (MG) for LCL .
BY AIR: International Airport Tancredo Neves (CFN) – Belo Horizonte (MG).
- PAYMENT
LCL by sea: 30 % advanced payment / 70% C.A.D. (cash against documents).
LCL by air: 50 % advanced payment / 50% upon receipt.
FCL: L/C (letter of credit) at sight, irrevocable and confirmed or 50% advanced payment / 50% C.A.D.
- LEAD TIME
Lead time for a 20’ container (700 to 1.000 pieces, depending on items) is about four months from confirmation of L/C or down-payment.
Lead time for trial orders (MOQ 100 pieces) is one to two months (depending on items) from down payment and confirmation of PO.
- TRANSPORT
All goods are individually packed and firmly piled up on pallets. Customized packaging available on request.
The weight of a hundred pieces doesn’t usually exceed a ton, and the volume doesn’t usually exceed 2 cubic meters.
